I have not tried the VB install program yet, but you will definitely need the .NET libraries. You will need the Manzana.dll, but I think it is included.

Erica Sadun has newly written her iPhone Voice Recorder utility. Yes, it is little more than a proof-of-concept but (a) it works, and (b) is the first step towards iPhone VOIP.

One step closer: Last night, it was posted on the iPhone dev wiki that a hacker named "Nightwatch" had compiled and launched a Hello World application, the first nonstandard application to run on the iPhone. He did this by using a project of his called the ARM/Mach-O Toolchain, which is "being refined and tested" and "should be released as soon as possible."
